Doctronic was founded in 2023 by Matt Pavelle, a serial founder and former founding CTO of Moda Operandi, and Dr. Adam Oskowitz, a practicing UCSF vascular surgeon and Associate Professor. Headquartered in New York, the company was built to deliver private, personalized AI-driven primary care at consumer scale, with human-clinician telehealth visits added in early 2025.
