Founded in 2008 in Bengaluru by Baskar Subramanian, Srividhya Srinivasan, and Srinivasan KA — three friends who met at Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. After selling their prior startup Impulsesoft to NASDAQ-listed SiRF Technology, they founded Amagi to modernize broadcast infrastructure using cloud technology.
