Eve was founded in 2020 by Jay Madheswaran, Matt Noe, and David Zeng. Jay brought technical and venture experience from Rubrik and Lightspeed, while David and Matt were early Rubrik engineers. They built Eve to bring AI to plaintiff law firms, a segment historically underserved by legal-tech.
