Our Story · Est. 2018
We are a group of students who study — or once studied — at American universities. Like countless international students, we've felt the confusion about the future and the pressure of the job hunt: full of hope, eager to make our mark on the world, yet unsure which path leads from campus into society. 我们是一群正在或者曾经在美国本科留学的学生。我们和万千留学生一样，感受过对于未来的迷茫和求职找工作的压力—— 既对未来充满期待，想在这个世界中做一名弄潮儿，却又不知道该从哪条路径从校园走向社会。
In 2018, after finishing our own recruiting seasons, we founded Xunxiang — a non-profit that stands with international students, always. With what we have, we want every following class of students to have more valuable information and resources, to see what makes different careers exciting, and to find mentors who can point the way — so the students after us feel a little less lost, and a little more sure. 2018年，在我们结束了自己的秋招之后，我们成立了「寻向」这个平台，希望成为一个始终和留学生们站在一起的公益性组织： 用我们的力量，让之后的每一届留学生拥有更多有价值的信息和资源，了解到不同职业的精彩之处，更容易地找到能够给自己指引的前辈。 让我们的学弟学妹们少一些迷茫，多一份坚定。

Service is Xunxiang's starting point. Our goal is not commercial profit but an organization whose core mission is helping international students' futures — bringing the community more quality resources, information, and support. 公益是寻向的出发点。我们的目标并非商业利润，而是致力于打造一个把帮助留学生的未来发展作为核心使命的组织， 让留学生群体能够获得更多优质的资源、信息与帮助。
Xunxiang rejects a single definition of success, working to show students the countless possibilities of the future. Here, people at every life stage and in every field share their insights and choices — their stories give those who follow the courage to choose. 寻向拒绝对成功的单一定义，努力为留学生展示关于未来的无数种可能性。 不同人生阶段和方向领域的寻向人在这里分享知识见解与道路选择，他们的故事给予后来人选择的勇气。
Xunxiang connects students with working professionals so information and experience flow freely across the boundary between campus and career. Students who receive help, once they find their footing, pass the same help to those behind them. 寻向连接在校生和在职的前辈，让信息和经验跨越校园和职场的界限自由流动。 在校生受到帮助、进入职场后，再将同样的帮助传递给自己的学弟学妹。

Xunxiang is rooted in the international student community. The road abroad has its share of hardship, and only by supporting each other can this community build a better future. Xunxiang wants to be the rope that binds us — on campus and at work — so together we carry more power. 寻向根植于留学生这个群体。留学一路有不少艰辛坎坷，唯有团结互助，才能让这个群体拥有更好的未来。 寻向想要做一股绳，将校园中、职场中的中国人团结在一起，发挥更大的能量。

Interviewed 48 people across industries — not just tech, consulting, and finance, but also social science, academic research, content creation, and founding startups abroad. 采访了来自不同行业的 48 名前辈——不仅涉及互联网、咨询、金融等热门行业，也涵盖社科、学术科研、自媒体博主、海外创业等小众领域。
15 sharing communities of all sizes, reaching nearly 5,000 students, parents, and professionals. 寻向共有 15 个大大小小的分享社群，覆盖近 5000 名留学生、家长与职场人。
The mentorship program admitted 44 students from North American universities and 17 professional mentors, running 120+ free 1-on-1 office hours. Mentees have received internship or full-time offers from Microsoft, EY, PwC, Oracle, ByteDance, and more. 练习生项目录取了 44 名来自北美高校的在校生，邀请到 17 名职场人担任领队，组织了共计 120+ 次无偿公益性 1对1 office hour。练习生已拿到包括 Microsoft、EY、PwC、Oracle、字节跳动在内的实习或全职 offer。
Hosted 20+ events for students and professionals — job-hunting skills, industry explainers, alumni stories, and more. 举办了 20+ 次针对学生和职场人的分享活动，主题包括求职技巧、行业科普、过来人分享等等。
900+ days since founding — still true to our non-profit roots and spirit of mutual aid, helping class after class of students toward better futures. 寻向成立了 900+ 天，至今坚持着公益的初心和互助的理念，帮助一届又一届留学生找到更好的未来。
