Bring students content that genuinely helps their growth and careers, positively shaping the paths of those who come after 为留学生群体带来有价值的、能够帮助其成长和职业发展的内容，积极地影响后来人的发展轨迹
Own the Xunxiang WeChat account end-to-end, and join the core team in running the whole project 全面负责寻向旗下的公众号平台【寻向】，作为核心管理团队的一员参与整个项目的讨论和运营
Manage the new-media team: assign tasks, stay close to members, push progress, and keep execution strong 负责新媒体团队的管理：分配任务、密切沟通、推进各小组进度，确保团队整体的执行能力
Run the Interviews and Career Face-to-Face columns — set content strategy, plan the publishing calendar, and keep innovating 管理【人物专访】【职场面对面】等专访栏目的运营，制定内容策略、规划推送排期，不断创新内容栏目
Track and analyze account performance, continuously improving publishing frequency and quality 通过数据追踪分析公众号表现，持续提升推送的频率与质量

Have new-media skills and experience, strong content creation, creativity, and taste; at least six months running a WeChat account 有新媒体相关的能力和经验，较强的内容创作能力、创新意识和出色的审美；至少半年公众号管理运营经验
Bring leadership and communication skills, responsibility and empathy — able to lead a team toward a shared vision; have led a department before 具备较强的领导力和沟通能力，有责任心与同理心，能够带领团队实现共同愿景；有部门负责人经历
Know Xunxiang well, believe in its mission, and want to create real value for the international student community 充分了解寻向，认可寻向的使命和愿景，愿意在留学生群体中创造积极的影响和价值

Design · Designer寻向设计 · 设计师

You will你将会

Help refine Xunxiang's overall visual identity — a look with real influence on the organization 协助完善寻向的整体视觉形象设计，这一视觉形象将对寻向有着很大的影响力
Work with every department on event posters and other materials, helping more people see and love Xunxiang 和各个部门合作，设计各大活动的（电子）海报及其他宣传材料，让寻向被更多的人看到和喜爱
Help with user testing and iteration of the website — thinking from the user's perspective and learning the product design process 协助寻向网站的用户测试与迭代，以用户的角度思考设计，了解产品的设计开发流程

Have past work to share, ideally as a website or PDF portfolio 有过往作品提供参考，最好以网站或 PDF 形式
Have design fundamentals and strong taste; comfortable with Ps / Ai / Figma or similar tools 有一定设计基础及较强的审美，会使用 Ps / Ai / Figma 等设计软件
Think about design critically and evaluate feasibility from multiple angles 对设计有自己的思考，能从多角度分析一个设计的可行性
Be proactive, driven, questioning, detail-oriented — and passionate about design 积极主动、执行力强、善于质疑、注重细节，对设计充满热情

Help maintain the Xunxiang website — UI/UX changes big and small, content updates, and more 协助寻向网站的基础运维，包括前端 UI/UX 的大小改动、网站信息的更新等等
Collaborate with other departments, improving the site based on their feedback 与寻向其他部门成员合作和交流，通过反馈来改进或更新网站的内容
