You'll meet a group of diverse, talented peers who made it through Xunxiang's selective admissions. They might be your job-season comrades for mock interviews and resume swaps, companions who encourage you when you feel lost, or co-founders for your next project. Every month you can meet mentors one-on-one for Q&A, resume reviews, or mock interviews. You'll also join talks on every step of the job hunt, and socials where you meet more peers and professionals. 每个月，你都有机会和寻向领队进行一对一的交流答疑，或者用 office hour 的时间来修改简历、练习面试。 你同样会参与到不同主题的讲座，了解求职相关的每一个环节，或在 Social 活动中结识更多的前辈与同龄人。
